Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. Because all our products are digital files delivered immediately at checkout, refunds work a little differently than for physical goods. Here is exactly what to expect.

2. When we will issue a refund

Despite the rule above, we will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same product twice.
• Technical issue we cannot resolve: you have been unable to access the file (broken link, corrupted PDF) and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• Wrong product received: you received a file that does not match what you ordered.
• Significant defect in the content: the product is materially different from how it is described on the sales page. (Disagreement with the educational opinions or style of the book is not a defect.)

3. When we generally cannot refund

• You have downloaded and used the file and simply changed your mind.
• You bought the wrong product by mistake and have already downloaded it. (Contact us anyway, we can sometimes swap titles.)
• You request a refund more than 30 days after purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@myinsightsbooks.com within 30 days of purchase with:

• The order number from your receipt.
• The email address used for the purchase.
• A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for our digital sales. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly for refund and billing questions, and their own refund policy may apply. See lemonsqueezy.com/legal.
