We publish and sell digital products, primarily downloadable PDF books and workbooks for parents, educators, and children. Each product is described on its dedicated page or on the checkout page. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and payment

Payments for digital products are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the merchant of record for our digital sales. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, issues the receipt, and is responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their Terms of Service apply to the payment portion of your purchase and are available at lemonsqueezy.com/legal.

By completing checkout, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed. A download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout and is also available from the post-purchase page.

If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time after payment, please check your spam folder and contact us at contact@myinsightsbooks.com.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital products

This does not affect your right to a refund where the product is defective, where you have been double-charged, or where you have been unable to access the file. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All books, workbooks, illustrations, text, design and other content available through this site are the property of My Insights GmbH or its licensors and are protected by copyright. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own family or classroom use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the file with people outside your household or immediate teaching environment.
• Upload the file to file-sharing services, public websites, or AI training datasets.
• Modify the work and claim authorship.

You agree not to use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the experience of other users.

The products and content provided through this site are educational in nature and are intended as general guidance. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
